Points Professionals, Inc. is a "Certified Points Broker" for RCI Points.  Its headquarters is located in Northeast Pennsylvania.  Since Points Professionals' inception in 2001, the company has worked with sixteen homeowner associations and a developer to manage and educate timeshare owners about the benefits of converting into the RCI Points Program.  Over 10,000 members have converted to the RCI Points Program because of Points Professional's programs. 

The principals of Points Professionals, Inc. are Doug Richie and Salvatore Manda.  President of the Company, Doug Richie, has twenty-six years experience in the resort development and sales and marketing areas.  Doug began his career at Shawnee Resort where he was the Sales Administrator and then the Sales Manager.  He later worked for a British Company and developed a networking marketing media.  Doug acquired the Oak-n-Spruce Resort in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts as a co-owner and later sold that business to a large public company.

Our Chief Financial Officer is Salvatore Manda.  Sal brings 27 years of resort management, accounting and financing experience to our operation.  Before joining Points Professionals, Sal was Senior Vice President of Finance for Shawnee Village.  His responsibilities included all financing, accounting, budgeting, and IT development.  Later, he joined Resorts USA, Inc. as Vice President of Operations where he had full operational and budgeting responsibility for Resorts USA's two timeshare resorts, Tree Tops and Fairway Villas.

The executives at Points Professionals, Inc. come with over 50 years of experience in the resort development and timeshare industry.  It is our goal to increase the satisfaction of timeshare owners thus offering the flexibility and value of the RCI Points Program.  With the RCI Points Program, non branded timeshare owners now have the opportunity to have a product that is competitive with the hotel branded timeshares and have an equal opportunity to obtain high quality exchanges.  The elimination of trading power has created a giant leap for the non branded timeshare owner, thus allowing all exchange activity to be transparent and available on an equal basis.
